Hello my name is Effie Trinket and I am in charge of the Reaping in district 12. Oh how I love a good reaping. The only thing I find distasteful about the reaping is that awful Haymitch Abernathy! He disgraces himself and his district every year. Those poor dears don't stand a chance with him as their mentor. Well I will be off now don't want to be late to the 74th annual hunger games reaping!
